A RACE FOR the planet
We formed the ACCIONA | SAINZ XE Team, led by drivers Carlos Sainz and Laia Sanz, with the aim of promoting the fight against the climate emergency. We are competing in the off-road race Extreme E: 100 % electric, 50/50 split of male and female participants and ready to make a positive impact on the planet.

LAIA SANZ
Fourteen-times Trial World Champion and six-times Enduro World Champion. She has completed eleven Dakars.
CARLOS SAINZ
The greatest Rally driver in history, with 27 wins, 2 world titles and 14 championships to his name.

A RACE FOR THE FUTURE
Global warming hits some areas of the planet harder. The competition helps to increase awareness about these areas, about the need to preserve their ecosystems and generates a positive impact through legacy programmes of environmental initiatives.
